Conversion of Redundant Offices
Conversion of Redundant Offices
Former Council Offices in Bedford town centre were bought back into operational use to provide high quality accommodation for the Tourist Information Centre, and a high standard of refurbishment was achieved to reflect the character of the building and to allow the Centre to fully showcase all that is best about Bedford to its many visitors.
Property Conversion to Quality Apartments
The site had been vacant for some considerable time, with no prospect of restoration for its continued use as a Public House. Regeneration Positive played a key role in confirming a very strong local support for investment in this location to overcome what was regarded as a long term concern at the state of the existing site. The local support for conversion into high quality residential apartments was considerable and convincing and planning consent was obtained in January 2015.
