Her entire career has been devoted to the effective care of young children and babies, either in established care homes or private day nurseries. For the last 12 years, as Manager, she had established sound strategies and policies, from safeguarding to health and safety, and importantly ensured compliance through effective monitoring and audit procedures.
Sue now provides consultancy time to help others establish sound and robust procedures covering all aspects of the child care profession and, if required, a monitoring and audit service to ensure compliance. As a qualified Nursery Nurse (NNEB), qualifying in 1977, Sue fully understands the dynamics and challenges of the profession and is committed to ensure best practice and quality care for all.
